restoration ministries

We believe that God is up to something in our world. Specifically, we believe that God is at work restoring all things.  Everything we do is sourced in this belief.  We do not require anyone who is receiving shelter services to participate in religious activities, but we do offer them for those who are interested. We have many community members who choose to make our chapel gatherings their primary weekly worship experience as well. Everyone is welcome at our chapel services and at Restoration Ministries of Gratiot County Hope House.

Gratiot County Hope House is a Nazarene Compassionate Ministry Center. To learn more about this visit the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries check out their website here

Chapel Service

Wednesdays - 7p.m.

We gather for worship & conversation each Wed. night as an extension of the services of Gratiot County Hope House. We are not a traditional gathering in that we center our time around conversation and not lecture-style teaching.

During our chapel service you'll find a loving group of people to welcome you just as you are. You do not have to change anything about yourself to belong here. We often say, "you don't have to believe everything we talk about to find a home with us."

During our chapel services we sing songs of worship, engage in conversation about who Jesus is as revealed in the scriptures, and conclude our time by receiving the sacrament of

Holy Communion. Participation in these things is completely voluntary.

the table

Sundays - 4:30p.m.

We gather on Sunday afternoons for the TABLE. This is an informal dinner party that rotates between homes and those who are able bring a dish to share. Visitors are always welcome!  Message us on Facebook to find out where we are meeting this week.
